We are a 39 year old garment manufacturing company based in New Delhi. India. We are participating in Japan Fashion Week – IFF at Tokyo, Big Sight fron 20th July 11 to 22nd July 11.

ABOUT US
Happy Apparels was started in 1972 with some orders executed for Australia. From then on we have over the last 38 years worked in markets like USA, UK, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Israel, Gulf, Africa etc.

We are mainly involved with ladies high fashion garments, but also manufacture gents and kids apparels.

The company is managed by an Apparel Engineer himself involved with the day-to-day operations in patterns and designs and over all quality aspects.

PROCESS
Our motto is ‘If you make the customer strong with quality and timely deliveries then you in turn will benefit from the same’.

We are manufacturing both woven and hosiery fabrics. While the hosiery production is completely in-house, we out source the stitching process for woven garments. Every other function involved is in-house (like cutting, checking, pressing, finishing etc) . Also all jobbers associated with us are attuned to our quality needs as some have been working with us for almost 20 years.

Each garment is checked for measurements and technical aspects before it is further processed for buttoning, thread cutting etc. After washing pressing each garment undergoes another level of checking / finishing by our experienced and qualified checkers.

STRENGTH
What we consider our greatest strength is our adaptability to new concepts and processes every year. Since we are mainly in the high fashion segment, every year we are required to acclimatize to some new processes.

We are very comfortable with embroideries, adda, hand beading, tie dye, yarn dyeds, schifflies, multihead embroidery , multihead sequences, laces, crochets, crystal work etc


We can organize fabric from any part of India through our associates and also can import fabrics on order. Also we can adhere to any AQL standards and also provide and kind of international certification for fabric standards and processes.
