We are a Leading Forging Manufacturing & Export Company \"HILTON METAL FORGING LTD.\" From India For Manufacturing Forged , Heat Treated & Machined (on CNC) Steel Forging Products (All Components of Christmas Tree in Pipe Fittings). We Manufacture (Each & Every Size as Per International Standard Specifications (e.g. DIN, ASTM, API etc.) with all Steel grades . We Would Like To Provide You Our Best Quality Products. We are having Following Plant Facilities :

1. We have Complete In House Arrangement (16 T Hammer With Close Dye , 3 T Hammer, 2 T Ton Hammer, 2000 T Pneumatic Power Press, CNC & VTL Machines) For all the above Products, We Are Able to Supply The Material All Over The World On Time, Even in Bulk Quantity.

2. We Have Capacity To Produce Forging From Weight 0.5 Kg up to 750 Kg of A Single Piece , Using Close Dye .

3. We Have In House Laboratory Where Chemical , Physical & Micro Structure Analysis of Raw Material & Finished Material is Done According To Standards using Advanced Instruments e.g. Spectrometer , Digital UTM , CMM Machine , Software based Microscope etc. Which Ensures The Quality of Product.

4. We also Have an In House Heat Treatment Plant Which is Flexible & Various Heat Treatments (Quenching ,Normalizing , Tempering etc.)Can be Applied on Material to Achieve Required Physical Properties.

5. We are Certified & Approved by API , ISO Certification by TUV, EIL India , BHEL Which Itself Assure the Quality System Followed & Implemented By Company & Hence The Quality of Products Also .
