Schematic Machine working:
The Powder Filling & Rubber Stoppering M/c is having vari-speed S.S. Slat chain Conveyor with optional Turn Table at in-feed & out-feed.
When the machine starts Vials are feed from Turn Table. Product wheel will separate the vials, Powder is comes from the Hopper, Suck by Filling wheel & then fill in to vial by piston assembly fitted in Filling Wheel.
Now, filled vials are travel to Stopping Station, Rubber stopper are comes from the hopper by chute one by one with the help of vibratory system. Rubber stopper puts on vials & press wheel are press the stopper on vials. Now, Filled & Stopper vials are goes to discharge end.
